If you encounter a problem with your care or experience at Linthorpe House, we would strongly encourage you to let us know as soon as possible. We have thorough complaints procedures and our complaints policy is available  here.

Linthorpe House will use the information you provide to a) contact you b) register you on a course of treatment or c) email newsletters and/or other relevant information.  We will not share this information with any other organisation for marketing purposes.


You can opt-out at any time from receiving newsletters by clicking the unsubscribe button in the footer of the newsletter, or by emailing us directly.


By submitting online forms, you agree that we can process your information in accordance with these terms.


You can obtain a copy of the information we hold about you by emailing us.


We use MailChimp as our marketing automation platform.  By submitting an online form, you acknowledge that the information you provide will be transferred to MailChimp for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
